They have been managing my 401k for the last 8 years. I was laid off due to Covid 19. They stole the money in my account.

They approved a 401k Covid disbursement on 6/20. They said when I called in after paying extra to have it expedited, on 6/30, that it is on hold due to my former employers administrator not giving approval. They gave me his name, and I confirmed that he did give approval. They said I am right and that the disbursement was approved on 6/30, and will he sent out via check. 7/6- They not only still show administrator pending, they are now blaming a third party, and saying it has nothing to do with my former employer.
When asked why they said it was sent on 6/30, they hung up, causing me to sit on hold for another 3 hours to get someone on the line. That person said that I would actually need to submit a Covid disbursement form, which nobody has told me before. This is a long, well thought out scheme to not allow their clients to access funds that the CARES act made available.
