Complaint Review: Transblue Facility Maintenence - Nationwide

Dave Wescott is the owner founder principal of SMS, Seattle Maintenence Solutions, which he rebranded to Supperior Maintenence Solutions after some fallout, according to Dave himself in previous conversations.

I was hired to rebrand the business and Dave was slow about paying, and it took some serious hounding to get Dave to honor our agreement with his attempted "rebranding" effort to circumvent a major reputation management crisis he had.

Dave sold that project, according to the recent conversation on May 8th 2017, as a sort of shell company.

Dave then went to work with a man named Jeremy who resides inTexas and claimed he was a primary stakeholder in numerous enterprises including Jiffey Lube, and Avis Rent a Car.

I was solicited to help build a new marketing platform. When I looked at their existing site at 

transbluefm.com I immediately thought they were scatter brains, crackpots, hacks or junkies....to in no way vilify them, the site was that grotestue and riddled with such dramatic errors such as common typeos and copy paste that a first year business graduate would never have such a thing in his domain. With a skeptical eye, I offered to provide a simple corective and improvement site for the lowly price of $1,000.00, with an ETA of approximately two weeks. 

Dave agreed, and I recalled our previous billing headache several years ago, so I asked for a standard and modest 30% upfront. Dave had Jeremy talk to me, and those conversations were hollow and something felt amiss. 

I would not start until paid...so I was told to start...and I reiterated that Dave would need to forward me retainer funds. Jeremy implied it was his project then the story changed to Dave's project...and neither party would effectively be reachable for a phone call or collaberate by email in any useful manner. All I was recieving was "just start it".

I sent a third email to dave upon being instructed to commence building the web model, and told him I would need a retainer.

The following day, Jeremy sent me a text message saying I was asking "begging for money" and it is unprofessional. He went to say that I will be drug tested before I could start. 

This added insult to injury as this was now day 12 of this slow motion car wreck...being three card montied between two guys i am fairly sure are struggling with some sort of mental health or serious cocain addiction. My sources later confirmed this to be true of David Wescott, FYI.

In two more days a check was mailed...common slowest mail curior and I was instructed to start. During this time...the two gentleman stated they wanted to hire me...but could only afford to pay me 45K annual salary as a Sr Level Web Information Systems Engineer with degree and over 10 years experience. The offer was insulting, but by this time I have been unemployed by virtue of waiting for Dave and Jeremy to fulfil their end of multiple negotiated offers and promises, primarily the initial payment for a web platform.

I did in fact rebuild the site. I created 7 responsive pages, with all new images and motion videos that were well liked by Dave and CO.

The video was a secondary request, after the intitial site agreement. I was clear that those assets would cost money and they would need to pay for additional resources as well as my efforts in creating custom video mareting materials.

Again, several days later, Dave Wescott calls and compliments the design and goes on to brag about his multi million dollar opporations, the millions he is yielding...at one very clear moment he even reiterates multiple times he and Jeremy are aiming for ONE BILLION DOLLARS revenue. Which is absurd for the mickey mousery they seem to operate in. These arent just your run of the mill sleazy manipulative sales scum...these guys are real jackasses. I work for sales gurus and business hustlers routinely, I have worked for some of the best in the country, but these guys are totally LOST CAUSES.

If you are a pizza delivery guy headed to do business with these guys....I will honestly avise you to not put a two dollar soda into their hands until they first hand you the entire two dollars.

My logic is simple. They have a problem paying a MEASLY $1,000.00 for a complete custom marketing front end to a NATION WIDE ENTERPRISE that supposedly makes 45 MILLION or more annually.....

This organization have repeatedly rebranded, failed and again rebranded their operations....AND FAILED.

There are so many trade names, DBA's and email accounts I can not even keep up. I would suggest the secretary of state, attorney general and others intervene and disbrand and disarm these preditory shell corporationsand hobby businesses so they are unable to use the false pretense of a legitimate trade name license to secure then rob skilled architects of their livelihoods.

I was read several scripts that were to the effect of "we are only human we wanna make this right"...

If you want to make this right, stop running shell businesses, and stop pervading the corp laws with your hobby corps. And most of all, dont be manipulative and dishonest when you are doing business with a serious web marketer.
