We submitted work to this transcription service which does audio to text in addition to other services and found it to be difficult to work with. They returned work with sub par results with many mistake tat had to be corrected afterward taking even more time. All after saying they were the number 1 choice for this type of service which is untrue. Their work doesn't meet the minimum requirements, they make many many mistakes including spelling errors and added words that were not in what was submitted.
Do not use this service, the quality of work does not meet what they advertise as No1 service.
