I think TransFirst wins for all time worst credit card proceesing companies. I thought I researched enough to sniff out potential problems before signing, but I was terribly mistaken. They lie, re-neg on promises and cost me a $14000. a month customer as a result of refusing to process my charges properly Then, they ignored both written and verbal requests to cancel the service, thereby collecting fees and still expecting their cancellation fee of $500. Use (((competitor's name redacted))) instead - cheap, reliable, cooperative
