Automatic 3 year contract. Does not matter what sales reps say.

Early termination fee of $500. Hidden behind so many addendums it is impossible for you to find in their contract even if you are looking for it.

Goto transfirst.com/document.html. Look under section 11.2d under merchant terms and condition. Difficult to find

I was promised by a sales rep that there were no termination fees, and yet now im having to pay $500.

Additionally, sales rep misrepresentted a number of other things.

We had an almost identical experience with the hight termination fees.  This is a very uneithical and unbusinesslike company.

Stay away from TransFirst as there are much better choices in this industry of merchant services.  The sales department is a very slick group and have no business ethics.
