Stay far away from this company, Scott Yaslow, Carmen Yaslow, Desirae Eargood and Tranzparts in general because they are a fraud. They take the order and take your money and then they postpone shipping for 45 days so that you cannot file a claim with ebay or paypal to have them get your money back. They then send you a junk or wrong transmission. The phone numbers they give you just ring and ring and then when you do get ahold of them they give you false tracking numbers or no number at all. They then hold the return shipping back until 60 days so that your bank or credit card company cannot get involved. If you have fallen into the trap of returning it to get your money back they then claim that there are parts missing from the transmission and no refund is given. Everyone in that office, Scott Yaslow, Carman Yaslow, Desirae Eargood are all liars and they can all play the game very well, they are a complete scam and fraud artists.

I am currently putting together a class action law suit you can contact me thru here, or go to ebay, then tranzparts and contact me thru the disputes or my user name there is (((ROR redacted))). If this has happened to you please contact the delivery service they used and file as many reports on as many websites as possible and then contact me to get involved in the class action law suit.

HELLO.WE HAD A DELAY ON THE TRANSMISSION BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER WANTED SPECIAL THINGS DONE TO THE VALVE BODY AND WE HAD TO ORDER IT FROM OUT OF THE STATE AND WE TOLD THE CUSTOMER IT WILL BE A DELAY FOR 3-4 WEEKS.IT TOOK A LITTLE MORE THAN THAT,BUT ATLEAST THEY DID GET THERE TRANSMISSION.WE HAVE BEEN SELLING REBUILT TRANSMISSIONS AND PARTS FOR OVER 25 YEARS AND HAVE THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS AND I CAN PROOVE IT.I AM VERY SORRY THAT THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY COMPANY,BUT I AM NOT PERFECT,AND NEITHER IS ANYBODY ELSE.I AM WILLING TO GIVE ANY OF MY CUSTOMERS WHO HAD A PROBLEM WITH ME A CREDIT WITH MY COMPANY.LET ME KNOW WHAT ELSE I CAN DO TO MAKE YOU GUYS SATISFIED WITHIN REASON.THANK YOU.

First and foremost this customer was informed prior to making order, that this transmission was NOT in stock. Customer had option to hang up and purchase transmission elsewhere. Instead they agreed to wait as long as it took (for whatever reason). Pay Pal, Ebay, & Credit Card companies give client (buyer) the option to dispute any charges for up to 160 DAYS. That's 6 months. The customer states that Tranzparts sent them the wrong transmission or a defective transmission, they can't make up their mind which one it is. In any event, the customer was informed by Carmen & Scott Yaslow, that Tranzparts would be more than happy to pick up transmission and give full refund, although refund policies are exchangges only. Several pick up attempts were made by freight company, but client refused to return item. You can't go to a store, purchase an item, claim it's the wrong item, or a defective item, walk in and tell the store manager that you want a full refund, but when asked for the item, you state that you don't want to return it. TOO FUNNY! When contacting your attorney, please have him call the office and inquire information on the attorney that is currently working on your felony case (theft), as well as the slandering law suit that is in effect. See you in court!
