Travelocity has runined another vacation trip...my first booking with this bunch of cretins, they are totally incompetent and rip someone off with every mistake since their official policy is that they can do no wrong so you will pay for their stupidity.
They booked a flight on an airline that does not even service my airport and when I arrived at the Tucson airport two hours early, I spent one hour arguring witha series of morons who did nothing to solve my problem, all they wanted was another $180 to change my ticket to some other flight later in the month. I had to pay for a full fare at the ticket counter to just get off the ground and spent another wad of wasted time trying to followup on the double charges on my mastercard.
Do NOT book with these theives, they will screw you up one side and down the other...It was a mistake totrust them without checking their feedback on the Internet...all negative, no one can claim a pleasant experience with their bogus service and yet somehow they are still in business. Justice is best served cold.
