THIS REPORT AS TO RIPOFF ARE AS FOLLOWS : ON 04-22-13 I BOOK A FLIGHT THROUGH JET BLUE TO TRAVEL TO ARUBA . UPON DOING SO I WAS GIVEN A LIST OF HOTELS AS TO WHERE TO STAY THROUGH JET BLUE ALIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE . UPON ARRIVAL ON -- 07-09-2013 AND CHECKED IN TO THE TRPOICANA I WAS AMAZED WITH ON BELEIF AS TO THE ROOM THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME . I REFUSE TO ACCEPT SUCH CONDITION AND UPON INVESTIGATION I RELEIZE THE HOTEL WAS UNDER REPAIRS . I IMMEDIATELY ADDRESS THE ISSUE WITH THE FRONT DESK AND CANCEL SUCH RESERVATION AND THE $100:00 CHECKING FEE WAS REFUNDED TO ME . DURING SUCH TIME A SHIFT CHANGE WAS IN PROGRESS AND LEAVE FORGETTING TO COLLECT THE CANCEL RESERVATION RECEIPT . I CONTACTED THEM LATER AND I WAS TOLD ALL CLAIM CANNOT BE ACKNOWLEDGE UNTIL THE END OF THE MONTH . I HAVE TRIED NUMEROUS TIME TO MAKE SUCH CONTACT THROUGH THE TRPOICANA HOTEL AND TRAVRES COMPANY FOR THE CREDIT OF THE $ 915:00 THAT WAS PAID THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD AND UNABLE TO RECEIVE ANY INFORMATION AS SUCH . MY BANK --TD -- BANK HAS INFORM ME THEY CANNOT DISPUTE SUCH CLAIM FOR AN ERROR DID NOT OCCUR BECAUSE IT PAST THE 60 DAYS CLAIM DATE FOR SUCH ACTION .
I AM HEREBY PLEADING MY CASE WITH YOUR AGENCY AS TO MY RIGHT FOR MY REFUND CREDIT BE RETURN TO ME .
