On January 5th I had ordered a World of Warcraft Hoodie for my son's birthday. At that time the website stated they had 20 in stock. Nearly a month later and not only is my item still in processing but they have not responded to any of my emails or phone calls. I even stated in my emails and phone calls that this was a gift for my son.
I'm a pretty understanding person but their lack of customer service is a direct reflection on how they run their business. I never judge a company on what they do right but how they make things right when something goes wrong. I will consider myself lucky to get a refund of my money. Looks like I will need to contact the Attorney General, BBB, ect.

We were out of the size that the customer ordered. Yes it showed 20 in stock but we did not have time to adjust that the size was out. I placed an order for it but it was on backorder with the company. A refund was issued early February 2011.
