Trend Times - The Call Center - Telelink RIPOFF EXPOSED!! They are a SCAM, they will steal your money and information, but not ship your product or refund your money, BEWARE !!! Scottsdale Arizona
Trend Times is a front for a group of scam artists that live and work in Arizona. READ BELOW AND TAKE THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS...
1) Try to contact someone directly at Trend Times 888-456-5965 or 877-462-2972 to find out what is going on ***last time I tried to call these numbers the mailbox was full BUT KEEP TRYING***
2) Email the owner (Perry) directly at: [email protected]
3) When you placed your Trend Times order at 1-800-350-5420 your call and order was taken by a call center worker located in Newfoundland, Canada. Their company is called Telelink and their contact info is...

***Call these people and demand that they stop doing business with known scam artists. They will tell you that his credit report and Better Business Bureau records are clean...THIS IS FALSE...BBB shows 40 complaints for Trend Times***
4) If you were one of the few that received a box of busted up items and you were asked to return them, then you were asked by Trend Times to ship the items to:

***Call these people and let them know that the owner of Trend Times is committing mail fraud***
5) If you need more proof that Trend Times is a rip off, take a look at the BBB website for Northern AZ...THEY HAVE OVER 40 COMPLAINTS!!!

6) Contact your financial institution and request that they reverse the charges on your bank/credit card.
ONE FINAL THOUGHT... We tried to work directly with Trend Times to have our money refunded. The man who answers the phone sounds like a teenager but claims he is the manager. If you need to return an item (feel lucky that you even received one) he will ask you to commit fraud and lie to UPS so he will not have to pay UPS to return the item. He is rude and will hang up on you and make stupid comments like, "Stop calling and bothering me."
Well, we will stop calling if Trend Times will simply provide the service they claim to offer and refund people's money when they are legally obligated to do so.
