Trend Times RipOff Dishonest NO Address NO Returns Internet
I purchased an RC model from www.trendtimes.com and they sent me a piece of junk shipped directly from China.
My first mistake was ordering from a company on the Internet that does not tell customers where they are located.
Any company that hides there location cannot be trusted!
Only after I purchased the RC model and was unsatisfied was I informed that they did not take returns! Even on items that they do accept returns on they want to charge you 25% restocking fees which is outrageous!
trendtimes.com is the worst place on the Internet you could buy a hobby toy or model from. They are dishonest and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They do not respond to emails and they are impossible to get satisfaction from.
Buyer beware! I hope this helps you to avoid doing business with a company that will take advantage of you.
