I work in the Pittsburgh office for BNYMellon Shareholder Service at TRG and was promised $12.50 per hour after I completed training and a $300 hiring bonus. I finally received My $300 hiring months it took me 2 months to get it.



 After training you will receive $1 raise and you can earn up to 50 cents if you do well on your calls which hardly happens because they always claim thay BNYMellon monitored us and gave a bad score, You can also earn a 50 cent raise if your attendance is perfect for the pay period which is rare to happen because your phone may cut off and you lose a minute and you lose you whole bonus or if you are 1 second late on your break forget about the bonus.



 TKS system times by the second however you don't sign in TKS(only in training) you sign into your phone which does not show seconds. They are always sending us home early, however when is snowing they dont send us home or let us take off we had 18 inches of snow they wrote everyone who took off up (conference report or write up).



They changed our paydate and only gave us a 3 day notice and we went 3 weeks without getting paid. They don't offer holiday pay. They don't accept Doctor's excuses. No real health insurance. If you are on Unemployment, Welfare,or Social Secuirty, Section 8 don't waste your time with this Pit stop of a Company very high turnover.



They work very hard to screw their Employees they love to write you up.
