Tri-C Construction UNPAID RETENTION INVOICE Akron Ohio
My company and several other contractors were not paid by Tri-C Construction for work we performed at Hilton Hotels Easton in Columbus, Ohio. It has been over 2 years and my company is still waiting for an $18,000.00 retention payment.
Subcontractor beware- This is not the first time they have had subcontrator payment issues on projects.
