Triad Financial - Roadloans.com Ripoff Texas On The Caller ID I PAID THROUGH THE PHONE WITH THE CONVIENIENCE FEE, AND THEY STILL CASHED THE CHECK THEY CLAIMED THEY NEVER GOT! Pallatine Illinois
I was called repeatedly (4-5 times a day as late as 10 P.M.) because they did not recieve payment. I sent the check. The rep told me I needed to pay with him there and then or he would have the car reposessed THAT NIGHT. He told me I was neglectful and my credit must be horrible. I explained I sent the check, and it obviously was lost.
I paid right there over the phone, with the d**n convienience fee and all and told the rep to be sure to note my account that the CHECK SHOULD NOT BE CASHED.
THEY CASHED THE CHECK! Either it was late or they had it all along. By the time I got to the bank to stop payment, it was too late. I live week to week on my pay and I have a family to support. An extra car payment does NOT help feed them.
They are abusive, and rude, and I am willing to join any class action suit that may come about from this emotionally abusive organization.

Roadloans cashed our Dec 2006 payment 18 days after we sent it. And after we paid them online, too. So we had 2 car payments come out of our checking account the same week! Roadloans/Triad Financial will not take any responsibility for lost/never posted payments unless we all file complaints with the BBB and Atty Generals of the 3 cities and states they operate out of. Their offices are in Palatine, Illinois (although they claim to have no connection to this payment processing center), Huntington Beach, Calif. and North Richland Hills, Texas. Most complaints can be filed online and it will get their attention and lay the groundwork for future actions.
