Mike, I mean Mr Tribble, this is not a smear campain, this is MANY people trying to get the word out to stop you from screwing other innocent families out of their money.  You might not have a conscience but we do!

Maybe you would like to explain why all these warranty deeds were dated years prior to 2013 but all filed this year?

Maybe you would like me to post copies of a warranty deed which clearly had the dates altered and was done prior to when the people even owned the home.  How you do purchase a home in April of 2006 for $143.200 from people who didnt even purchase the home until Aug 2006 for $343, 000? There are numerous homes where the true owners purchased the home for a large sum that Mr Tribble is claiming warranty deeds on for a fraction of the price within a very short time.

The home Mr Tribble currently SQUATS in was purchased in December of 2005 by the true owner for $745,000 and Mr Tribble is claiming to have a warranty deed in May of 2008 for 

only $92,000 does that make sense to anyone else? Furthermore why was the home foreclosed on this month and going to public auction on October 3rd.   This is all public record.

Why is it that of all 13 properties you are claiming to own in Palm Beach County, not one of them has a tax bill in your name, again public record.

Why is it that all most every property is in foreclosure in the true owners name?

Why is it that one of them was foreclosed and sold at auction.  And three more have final judgements against the true owners and are being auctioned in the next 30 days?

Why are the courts not recognizing you in any of these?

Truth is anyone, as you have proven, can file anything with the clerk of the court.

HOWEVER, that does not make them legal or mean they will stand up in court.

And anyone who would visit the property appraisers website and read the bottom would see there is a disclaimer, they do not verify the documents filed. It is up to the person to use due diligence and do thier homework. Lessons to all of us.

You can throw up as many smoke screens and file as many lawsuits and small claims as you wish but it doesnt mean your going to WIN any of them.

But one would have to ask, how can all of us be wrong, how can all the police departments be wrong?  And why would people whos paths never crossed suddenly be trying to smear you?

MY SISTER FILED THE ABOVE FAKED "FAMILY MEMBER" OF BOBBY TRIBBLE I don't like Bobby Tribble either he evicted my sister than sued her in Saint Lucie County and Federal Court. BUT, as a Christian I can not condone her filing a false report posing as a family member of Mr. Tribble. The lord will punish false allegations as much as any other. Colleen F****, my sister, and her friend are obsessed with their campiagn to "get tribble".

Yeah she was three months behind, yes he evicted and sued her, yes she wrecked the house to get him back. But they have filed false Police Reports in Martin and Palm Beach Counties, claiming they paid money they never had, and now this. PLEASSE Collen and Madeline, get over it already. You almost went to jail for the faked Police Reports. PLEASE stop the madness, your going to drive the kids into therapy !

    I understand this forum is good to vent and uncover scams and legitmate rip-offs; but there is also all these retaliatory fake Rip-Off Reports that do nothing more than hurt innocent people. To what purpose and end ? To force someone out of business ? To embarrass them trying to defend lies ? Why must be harp and assume everything we read ? What I have verified is that absolutely NO FAMILY MEMBER, as their are only two living, filed this faked report. My Sister Colleen F**** and Madeline Mixon did.

I am a family member of Bobby Tribble I love him very much, but he has backed himself in a corner has hurt a lot of people. I think he has just gotten himself so deep in this scam that he cant find a way out other than keep burying himself deeper. Bobby is forging deeds and notaries. Sorry

Are you any relation to Lisa Hanson or Linda Hanson that signed as witnesses on Warranty deeds filed by Mr Tribble? Or are you just another figment of Mr Tribble over active imagination trying to cover his a**?

I've been in Law Enforcement for 32 years prior to my retirement on May 8th 2013. First as a road deputy, CID Investigator specializing in White Collar & Financial Crimes. The last ten as A prosecutor. As my daughter and her husband where applying for a home with TRIBBLE INVESTMENTS; more so in-light off your published reports about them. I conduced and I depth 28 day investigation into SR and JR Tribble as well as the others believed to be associated with this Company. I recovered County, State and Federal documents at my own expense. I interview 52 people who are independent with no connections good or bad with the Company nor its staff. My thoughts and motivation being I would get back into work, I officially with a bang by uncovering and documenting this great scam. HOWEVER, in the end, exactly what TRIBBLE INVESTMENTS claimed turn out not only true but well documented some nine (9) years BEFORE "Bobby" or R Allen Tribble ever took over. Additionally all the transfer Deeds and supporting documents, we produced and provided too Tribble Investments by the individual borrowers/home owners, Tribble Sr loaned money to and obtained the secound Mortgage on. More so, funny how they haven't been sued and Complaintants filing these ripoff reports are all per-existing defendants evicted by the Company for non-payment. My records and supporting documents came from the Counties, State and Federal Courts. Absolutely nothing from the Company or its staff.

     You EViCTED and sued defendants filing this self serving gossip RipOff reports should be ashamed of yourself ! Matthew 10:26-27 will prove your down fall in the end. Collen Fallon, Mark Walsh, Joe Water, Welsly Bubeck and Dwyane Lee you should truly be worried about your souls. Tell the Whole truth I stead of using the Media to retaliate against people whom it seems gave you a chance whine no one else would in-light of your own documented pasts. That case of TRIBBLE v CASTILLO et al 13-CV-43333 made for interesting reading. WOW
