Trinity College & University is in the business of selling degrees. It is not a legitimate degree-granting institution and is not accredited by any recognized educational organization. A degree from this institution is worthless. Hundreds of people have already been bilked by this scam, many of them military service members. Trinity lists the prices for its degrees on its web site, but mentions nothing about its curriculum or degree requirements. You can even get a replica of your degree, etched in bronze. This should be a clue about its real line of business. Let the buyer beware!

I don't know if it is or if it is not a mill but take this into consideration; How many colleges do you know that list their address at a "Mail Boxes, Etc" location. The address of this school (which was forced to change its name recently via a law suit by a legitimate school) is exactly that.

It IS a degree mill!

This COMPANY *is* a degree mill, and is on the list at my employer of false/fake/worthless degrees. In today's world, people, if you have not earned a legitimate degree and try to obtain a job with a fake one, you will either be terribly humiliated and embarrassed during the recruitment -or- will be fired shortly after your employ.

I spent countless hours investigating various ways to get a distant learning degree. I did not want to "purchase" a degree but knew I might qualify for a degree based upon bonafide work experience and past education. I decided Trinity looked pretty solid and reputable so I sent an extensive, but not well organized history of my work history and education. I had actually gone through several trade schools in the military, several years in community college and had over 20 years of experience in my field. I was initially turned down for any degree. I was shocked. I decided to better organize my data, complete with transcripts not previously submitted. I knew I must qualify for something. I was then offer a degree. They do check things out. Make sure you submit all documentation and have it well organzide with contact information so Trinity can verify your claims.

you are incorrect in your conclusion that this is a degree mill

Regarding the comment made against the College & University. I feel you are incorrect in your conclusion that this is a degree mill. If you read the requirements closely.... for instance, the Bachelor of Arts/Science requirements: One must have the equivalency in experiential learning equating to 120 credit hours. If you are assessed less than that you may complete the deficient number of credits with TRINITY COLLEGE & UNIVERSITY.(As the add states) I was assessed 80 credits with 28 yrs experience in my profession and lacked 40 credits for a Bachelor's, so an Associate Degree was awarded. I submitted a 10 page professional growth/development resume that was certified & verifable. I decided to attend another distance learning institution in the US (as Trinity C & U are licensed in Tortola, British Virgin Islands with Student services office in Louisiana, USA) At this University I was awarded 80- experiential credits as well. This shows the consistency of both Universities. I completed a Bachelor's degree here.
