Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

In April of 2014 the north Dallas area had a catastrophic hail storm. Charles Vincent who resides in Houston reached out to me to start a partnership so that he could tap into my referral network. I agreed to the joint venture provided it would benefit my clients (upgrades, discounts, etc.). Within two weeks I knew it would be tough dealing with Charles. His crews were unreliable, he was very disorganized, and showed signs of being untrustworthy. In late June my suspicions were confirmed.

An adjuster had gone to a house and denied the claim. Charles requested I go to the second inspection and meet the adjuster personally. He asked that I get there an hour before and he said via texts, “Put a key to the shingles.” I responded, “What do you mean?” He replied, “You know what hail strikes look like….make it look like hail strikes.” I was floored. This person was asking me to commit fraud. I saved the screen shot and showed others. They were shocked.

On another incident Charles was dealing with a slow-paying client. He discovered through a friend of the slow-paying customer that an insurance check was in her car that was parked out front (she was out of town). Charles broke into the car to retrieve the check and then bragged about it to an employee.

I then started researching all of our files. Most files involved insurance fraud. Charles created invoices for the home owners but a separate one for the insurance company. I learned you can ‘waive a deductible’ but Charles was getting homeowners to concede an item like gutters, screens, or fence staining. Since taking over the transactions I’ve not had to concede anything and the clients have been very happy. However, most of the files Charles completed involved insurance fraud. He stated within final invoices work that was not completed. This is fraud and I will be reporting him to the State Board of Insurance.

Do not trust Charles Vincent. He resides in Katy, Texas, is part of the BNI networking group in Bellaire, and is listed on Angie’s list.

Charles Vincnet was ordered by the courts in Harris county Texas to pay me 3666.00. To date he has paid 750.00 and has stated that he does not care what the courts have said, he will not pay me any more money

Mr. Vincent sued me and lost. He does not have the decency to pay his debts. He is not to be trusted in any business deal.

In my opinion he has committed insurance fraud, decptive practices and theft of wages and services.

Now I have to hire an attorney to get what he owes me, and I will get it. And in the end he will be paying my legal fees.

He is also involved in Triple C service group RGV, which could be another sham company to hide what he is doing and spread the guilt to other partners.

DO NOT do business with this individual. He has no decency or integrity.

The name of the person who filed this is Dave Puckett , and he has a company called Do All Handy Man. Dave, Thank you for the service to our Great Country No one can take that away from you.

timing was right that you moved to Texas and the 4 months or so that we worked that hail storm in Ganado Texas. We spent alot of time together. You understood that we were going to share the responsibilities which included selling. Again I ask you what did you sell. I produced everything and shared it all with you.

That time together , I realize that what you have said an done to me, has been done to you in the past, for that you are forgiven, because I know you know no other. The fraudulent invoice that you gave her to pay knowing I had I signed contract with her name next to the amount she owed, may you live with your consciouness be with you always. Taking advantage of an old woman. What you need to do is appologize to Ms. Matocha because you and you alone are the reason that she has Judgement lien on her house. Remember the judge side with me.

Do the right thing an appologize.

To the last person who responded and had a similar experience. Can you send me your information? I can give you some information on attaching your judgment to any of Charles' property or business interests. We've just performed searches and have found it worthy to pursue action and can secure liens with judgments we would be awarded. It's easy to attach your judgment to one of his properties or interests; even his personal residence in Katy, Texas. You can reach me at (((Redacted)))

Since my last posting I've discovered that Charles has submitted false and bogus supplement claims to insurance companies. As controller of the books I know the original monies paid were sufficient to cover the claim/damage. I've been successful in alerting the insurance companies to deny some of his claims.

Charles Vincent with Triple C Roofing and Construction is a fraudulant individual and can't be trusted. I have been a personal witness to his bad and fraudulent business dealings. His website is tripleservicegroup.com and his business phone number is 832-230-1449.

He claims to have satellite offices in Dallas, Oklahoma City, Louisana and this is all false information. He told me before that he advertises as such to give his company the appearance that it's very large and successful. As of 12/30/14 he still makes those claims.

I too, was a partner with Charles Vincent and had the same experineces.

Charles Vincent was attempting to commit insurance fraud by trying to force an elderly woman to pay for work not completed. The contract called for roofs on 3 building and a carport.

1. The house was properly roofed.  2. The roof to the business was properly installed.  3. The roof on the shed/barn was roofed with used materials. 4. Carport was not touched. According to the insurance claim it was to get a new roof. Charles was only going to paint the carport roof to change the color and make it look like it was changed.

The lady called me, and as Charles' partner I negotiated a settlement with her, for only the work completed. I did this to keep from being a part of the fraud he was trying to commit.

Charles Vincnet sued me for what he said he lost in my transaction, I countersued and won. It has been over 2 years and he has only paid 750 of the 3662.00 I was awarded. He has stated that he does not care what the court says, He is not going to pay me.

In Grenada Texas after a hail storm Charles Vincent regularly produced one invoice for the customer and one for the insurance conmpany, adding repairs to inflate the claim and then not doing the work later. Many times he split these funds with the customer, commiting fraud.
