Buckley tried with a stupid internet post to destroy a car dealer who has a bankrupt problem and still he tried to get money out of these guys! This is a FALSE REPORT written by men who, last I heard, were being sought by the police in Germany.  Every aspect of their report is false and for good reason. I posted a warning about these scam artists on the internet and now this is their way of getting back at me.  I will provide a full overview of what transpired.  When I last spoke to the police in Germany they were looking for this person as well as trying to learn the whereabouts of exotic sports cars that had disappeared.

Hopefully this information will help save people grief and money. 

According to the Investigator I spoke with in Mainz, Germany, these men are under criminal investigation.  The Investigator also tells me, and this is also reported in the news, that they are searching for a dozen or so exotic cars said to be in the possession of these men. 

The Investigator specifically stated I should not send them money.  Thankfully, when they said “send the money, then we’ll send you assigned contract,” I realized they were really up to something very shady.

I dealt with KRISTOF SCHÖFFLING and MARC PICARDT and to a lesser extent MARC SCHÖFFLING, who were selling Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Porsches, Mercedes SLS and other high end cars, including the subject Ferrari Barchetta, VIN number ZFFZR52B000124130, a Lamborghini Countach, a Meredes SLS, a Lamborghini Diablo, etc.. 

According to the authorities I spoke with Kristoff Schoffling and his apparent partner Marc Picardt were selling cars, including the Ferrari Barchetta, they did not have the legal right to sell.

Not only did Schoffling and Pickardt claim, in writing, they were the owners of a rare Ferrari Barchetta, but the documents they eventually provided showed they were not the owners despite their representations and assurances.

In fact, Kristoff Schoffling and Marc Pickardt produced at least two different sets of ownership papers, one set of ownership papers to one potential buyer (me) and then another set of different papers to another potential buyer who I spoke with. 

The Ferrari was said to be sold from a dealer in Spain to what appears to be a shell company in the Middle East (UAE) located in free trade zone called Ras al-Khaimah. 

When I spoke to the dealer in Spain he stated Schoffling had no right to sell the car and take the money because he, the dealer in Spain, had the ownership papers.

Yet Pickardt and Schoffling were representing they owned the Barchetta ZFFZR52B000124130. 

Then they claimed Pickardt owned the car and Schöffling, Pickard’s self-described “partner”, was helping his partner sell the Ferrari.

While they were providing me with ownership papers from the Middle East and Spain, they were also at the same time providing freshly created ownership papers to another potential Buyer, this time showing the car was registered in the Czech Republic…to a yet another person, a guy in Poland named Hoss Oliwer.

I have obtained copies of these documents proving this apparent fraud.

For the company in Ras al-Khaimahi, which was created in September of 2014, they produced a “Share Certificate” and the sole shareholder listed was a man named Claudio Petronici.

A Google search for Claudio Petronici found this interesting bit, describing a “carousel of fraud”:  

“The company ACS, with license revoked by the Government , was owned by Claudio Petronici, President of the San Marino Calcio, before the resignation.

'Four hundred million Euros in false invoices resulting in VAT evasion of about 80 million, 34 suspects, seized more than 53 properties to luxury cars and substantial financial resources is the outcome of an operation on a' carousel fraud 'led by guard finance of Naples and Salerno that has affected various localities of Campania, Lazio, Piedmont and Basilicata, through traders San Marino.’”

At this time Kristof Schoffling and Marc Pickardt were both in their 20s. 

Marc Pickardt uses the false name of SEAN UNCLE and an email address of [email protected]

Kristof Schoffling uses more than one email address, including [email protected]

Kristof Schoffling and Marc Pickardt are both from Germany, although Kristof claims he is now living in Monaco while Pickardt produced an English driving license.

Hopefully this information will help save people from being ripped-off by Kristoff Schoffling, Marc Pickardt and their cohorts.
