If you have having trouble with your troy blit product, let's give this company some help. I bought a troy bilt lawn mower 1.5 years ago and this weekend it quit. Screatched like a cat in a tumble dryer while running after reliably working jsut all of the sudden. I went in circles to get service. No one will honor the warranty, not Lowe's, where I bought and not Troy Bilt. I sent an email to this woman who is in media relations .. perhaps she would like more email. They really don't seem to care about that fact that their products fail under normal use. It's rediculous how many hoops you have to jump through and how they toss you back and forth with no resolution. The $30 part that it needs will cost just as much after labor as it would be to buy a new mower. Just stinks.
