I finally received my fold-a-cover after waiting 35 days. I don't think I would have received it at all had I not contacted the company and asked for a refund. During the phone conversation they told me that they would ship it out right away and give me a 10% refund. I'm still waiting on the refund. I have called and left two voice mail messages and have sent two emails through the pay pal resolution center and have yet to receive a reply. This company fails to communicate with it's customers and promotes unethical business practices. I think if a company tells you that they are going give you a 10% refund for the time and aggravation it took dealing with this whole transaction and then fails to deliver constitutes fraud. If you must deal with this company I would recommend using pay pal they were very helpful. BUYER BEWARE!!!
