Larry Moore loves to excuse his mistakes and pretend to take responsibility, but when it comes to actually making things right, forget it. He still owes me almost $500 for a defective wheel repair. He stands behind his work alright, as long as it doesn't involve a refund.

The customer came to our store and asked that I personally take care of a situation. She explained that she had a muffler issue that had been resolved, and now had an issue with the rear window louver coming loose at highway speed and scratching the rear spoiler. After inspecting the louver, it is plainly obvious that the louver had been removed by the customer to clean the back window and re-installed incorrectly. To retain good relations with the customer, I agreed to have her spoiler painted, although we were not at fault. It is just not worth loosing a customer over a relatively easy repair. I agreed to either pick up her car, or have her drop it off at her convenience and even gave her my personal cell #. That she has not come in or made arrangements is beyond my control. That she has posted negative comments about my company certainly makes me regretful of the offer. While we are not perfect and will make mistakes, we have always stood behind our work. We enjoy a great reputation in our community. But perception is reality for many, as some folks will never take responsibilty for their actions, but would rather throw stones at a company that invest tens of thouands back into the area.
