As a past employee I have some warnings with TruGreen. For one, they do burn lawns because some techs do not care they also lie about what they have done. Worst is they tell customer service to lie and come up with excuses why service wasn’t don’t. And good luck reaching a manager, service managers almost never call you back.

Reaching the branch is near to half impossible. Some call centers are not allowed to call the branch so if your calling for a manager they have to enter a request and it won’t be answered in 24/48 hours. Also there is a price increase every year and service roll over until you call to cancel which sales will lie and say it doesn’t roll over but it does.

They are trying to make you spend more money just like sales will say you have to do pre pay or autopay and you don’t have to. If you work for call center be careful it’s not worth the stress. You don’t make enough for the number of angry customers you will get. Your manager will screw you over and the turn over rate is almost 100% They tell you to save customers but do nothing to fix the customers issues
