Trusted Dealer - Red Tag Savings Bought External Antenna for GPS System Brooklyn New York
Along with the purchase of a GPS System I bought a External Antenna for it. When Items came I had found that the External Antenna that was sent was the wrong antenna for the GPS unit. Took a couple of days and phone calls to Tom Tom to clarify that.
After a couple of days, I returned the antenna for an exchange for the right one. I've called them something like 5 times. Each time they have said they either sent the right antenna to me that morning or the day before. Have the dates and times called and names. Paperwork that the wrong antenna was returned and received and by whom. Placed the order on Sept 18,2007. They also tell me that they can't provide me with a tracking number because they don't send it out that way. They've got $99.00 of my money for it. And even got the antenna now. And I've got nothing but promises.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
