today is jan 29 2006 i have had absolutly no response from this seller. i have emailed the seller many times..
i purchased this bracelet on the 13 dec. 2005. i recieved it on the 20 dec.2005, and returned it on the 21 dec, the next day i paid $50 for bracelet plus shipping .
seller stated bracelet was PLATINUM, item is STERLING SILVER, it has a tag on it that says so. i returned item to seller, and seller has kept bracelet and my money..
seller's return policy is 3 days i returned it the day after i recieved bracelet. they have not refunded money, or responded back to me. and i have been trying to get a response from this person now for 47 days, and have had no responses..
i have reported with paypal, and they said this seller has many complaints on them.. please help me its only $50, but this seller is probably doing this to many people...
