Trusted Moving and Storage Nationwide Top Movers Not to EVER be trusted or used movers Santa Clara, California
We had the misfortune of using this company on our move from LA to LV. After they charged us over double the estimate upon arrival to move us, several of our items were damaged on the mover.
We filed a claim for the damaged items and received notice from their insurance company that they were found liable for a total of $114 for settlement. That was on 4/15/12.
The claim agreement was signed, submitted to the insurance company as directed, and they confirmed they faxed the completed document to Trusted Moving on 4/20/12. We still haven't received the payment they owe us.
Not only haven't they paid us, we have attempted to contact them for over 2 months to inquire as to where our claim check is and what the process is. Twice, the ONLY time we made contact with the ONE person who is in charge of claims, she (Leah) informed us that our check was on it's way. That was the beginning of June and since then, any time we call we are told she isn't available and she has NEVER once returned a phone call.
We have filed complaints with the BBB, Consumer Affairs, and the US Dept of Transportation. The frustrating factor is while all these agencies have sent letters to these people looking for resolution, there is no true follow up or consequence for non-compliance. We just want our claim check that we are rightfully entitled to! This company is beyond crooked and a cheat and doesn't deserve to be in business and needs to be held accountable for their actions.
