Complaint Review: Trusted Pros - Internet

This posting is in regards to this website and how they do business. There is already an action in the court on personal reason with the owner for slander and defamation of character but this posting is to taregt the website name itself and the group assocociated with the online torture it puts its viewers and posters through and how they run this "ghost" operation.

They are not a proper business, nor will they meet in person to discuss issues and resolve, like they push for others to do same but won't do themselves when they have unhappy members who pay for proper treatment and resolution. Not have their profiles locked and unable to fix or remedy anything as this further restricts the member from fixing the problems they are faced with. Confrontation should be remedied properly, not by bullying.

When business is at an impass it involves money. Money is the root of all evil, cause of everyhting and answer for everything as we all know. Money will not be discussed or exchanged over emails and phone conversations with ghosts like the trusted pros system. Money, will be handled in person or verified properly as most would agree and safely done. Especially when it is of fair value and private business dealing with with people.

If there is a review posted online on their google pages profile, they will not respond or comment when they know you are right as they cannot admit defeat or proper. They know when they have done wrong doing and run and hide from the fact. They keep copy and pasting the same "Thank You so and so... message to all the poor sucker members that see green if they are real or not..... talk about pumping someone up for something so ignorant.

They post fake reviews from people that claim to be someone but they are not. They post fake accusations and stories about people without proven evidence or merit and this happens alot on this site. Even for a day it can be damaging for most if seen or exposed. Internet harrassment.

They will take your profile, edit it themselves to what they think and assume and say you logged in to do it.

They will post logos and pictures that are not yours or associated with yours whatsoever without merit.

They will post your personal information and make it available to the public.

They will not post your responses to clients reviews when necessary so they make you look like the enemey the whole time. they lock this feature up.

They keep talking about scammers, frauds and misrepresentaiton but they are the ones doing so. Dangerous to pollute the minds of the homeowner that they are someone in this business when they are nothing but internet bloggers whom have never touched a hammer and renovated anything. Not the proper people to be doing this and they are damaging to the industry.

They are middlemen who claim that you need them. What you really need to do is market your own business and pay google directly with a proper website. thats all you need to do to kepe you rphone ringing. Not by having Trusted Pros pimp your a*s out. All they are is a middleman link that pops up who feeds off people who do not know how to market themselves and take their money and put their image hung out to dry on the internet for dangerous exposure.

They are damaging for the market and business and cause misrepresentaiton to many and this can be damaging for many consumers who might fall in this trap if they persue Trusted Pros further.

They hide behind a legal curtain and send you lengthy emails and messages hoping you won't fall asleep by the time you are done reading. I can tell you this from experience.

They do not have a physical place of business nor is it open to the public. They forward any mail or messages from a "ghost" mailbox located on the top floor of the Eaton Centre in Toronto. There is no physical office or place to meet and discuss things, such as slandering people online and hiding. you can't do that to people and leave them out to dry like this. This is inhuman, negligence and privacy infringement at its finest. Most would agree once again. If you are going to take peoples money, and trash their names on your website, you better be prepared for an explanation and place to discuss this.The only way to get the owner to do this is to get him in the court room with his lawyer as you wont get any other opportunity to do so. This is costly and timely but possible. You would be better off throwing your money away to a homeless person on the stree as you would have a better self conscience. Stop paying for this companies vacations. Make them work for your dollar.

If you want to post a positive review about a company, you will have to caugh up some heavy private documents that most would not even consider as this is private. A simple review is ammunition for success or failure, and they use this to target the ones with money. From such experience, i was asked for 20k to remove my posting and profile page entirely by them. I refused and I told them it would go through the courts to decide how they will remove it without me paying a dime for anything. Their "blackmail" if you want to call it will not be tolerated.

Just like the Better Business Bureau, it is a crooked system that is designed to "pay for play" and as soon as the fees stop coming in, you are nothing and nobody to them. This is true and proven by MANY.  

They associate your company profile with others that they think or assume that are the same but are not. If another company has the same name or something similar, they will post as operating also as... so and so. This is dangerous for other companies as they did not even know who trusted Pros was till some random website starts posting things that are not true, real or proper about them. Then the multi aciton lawsuits start and everyone involved is at a pissing contest wether associated or not. This is the ultimate wrong doing as it will be stopped. I recall when Trusted Pros listed my cell phone and i got calls from all types of weirdos until i had them remove it as it was a tad to much to say the least.

I want the general public to know that there is a procedure happening as we speak to remove this site and it will happen. This is taking time and money but it will hapen. I am working with others to steer this in the proper direction and civil action is currently before the courts, as well further to happen shortly from others. Do not listen to what Trusted Pros says or promises as they are a team that practices negligence and infringement daily and will soon have to start looking for different occupations by the time this is all said and done.

This is a family run business and they are all the mastrminds behind this ghsot system. Who knows what else they are into or doing to people to extort for money. People would go so low in life to give in to someone like this.

Do not release your information or sign up for the site as they are not your friends, but your worst enemies. Look these similar type situaitons up on the internet, particularly on social media and google, etc. I can tell you this from a direct "customer experience" in which i like to call it.
