On July 15th I ordered a book from TruthBooks2 through Barnes and Nobel Booksellers. I paid with a credit card and the payment cleared immediately. The book was listed as "shipped" on July 16th. When I had not received the book by August 3rd, I emailed the seller through their listed website at
[email protected]. No response.
After contacting Barnes and Noble customer service, and their investigation, I was instructed to give it 14 days to arrive. So I waited.
When I still had not received this book by August 9th, I once again emailed the seller per Barnes and Noble's recommendation. Guess what? No response. Barnes and Noble apologized for this incident and requested that I forward copies of my email to their complaint department, which I did.
I am concerned, however, that this will happen to someone other buyer. I see that TruthBooks2 is listed as a seller through Alibris books. Buyer beware!
Please do not order any books through TruthBooks2.
