Tudor Home Improvements LLC Randy Tudor Jr. Theft by Deception Evans Georgia
Randy Tudor, Jr. of Tudor Home Improvement, Evans, Georgia owns rental properties in the CSRA. He purchases WORKING appliances from either home improvement stores (or finds individuals selling them online via facebook in my experience.)
He then calls back and demands a refund beacause the item is broken, or returns them to the stores AFTER taking off the part needed to repair what is already installed in his own home or a home he is renting out.
Please BEWARE of this practice. Always have a way to pug in the item, let the buyer see that it is working BEFORE money is exchanged. In my case, I refunded his $$ because I KNEW for a fact my appliance was in good working condition. But because of his intimidating nature, he scared me, and overall bullied me.
My husband and I even offered to come pick up the item, reimburse him for gas, but he would not tell us where he was installing the appliance, nor accept our offer to look at it where he was to make sure he had it installed correctly.
