Tuffy Auto Service Center - Saginaw Mi.Tuffy Auto Service Center ripoff Auto Repair Brakes Saginaw Michigan
Long story short, my brake light came on and a look under the hood revealed that my dot-3 fluid was unusually low. So I took my car in for an inspection. I was certain that the technician would verify that the problem was a leak. However he said that I needed new brake pads and some other work. So the pads and some other things got replaced and that was that.
Less than a month later I noticed the brakes were still not functioning properly so I returned to the Tuffy auto center for a second inspection. Again, I suspected a leak but he said that there was not one. I was told that there was not a problem with my car. Fast forward say about 2 weeks, one day during the commute home my brakes began to fail.
My car goes back to the shop and what do you think they found this time around. Geez o peas it's a leak! To make it even worse, this brake work was not covered under my brake warranty. I wrote the company about my complaint and I received a letter stating that my complaint was forwarded to that particular auto center, but I haven't heard anything from them. I won't even mention how much they charged the second time around. So much for a warranty!
I can only say that I wish I had visited this website before I had taken my car there.
