Tuffy's Auto Service Took out a credit card in our name without our authority Naples Florida
My husband got a quote from Tuffy for some AC repairs. We elected not to have the work done with Tuffy, but they opened a credit card in our name for the total of what we had been quoted for the work. The first credit card statement arrived at an address where we had lived the previous year - the address was certainly never provided by us. We are now fighting the credit card company and the collection agency. This has been going on for 8 months, and is still unresolved.
As an aside, when we got quotes for the same repairs from 2 other auto service stations in the area, we were told by BOTH that Tuffy quoted us on several items that did not require any repairs.
Upon filing complaints, we discovered that Tuffy has an unsatisfactory rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Jezzzz....I would call the police right on the spot, to make sure police have a report of incident, then I would sue the shop and bank for demages..... They would need to show your application for the card. Jeeezzz I wish something like this happenes to me, and you do not need a lawyer.....
