I purchased a program called TunesBro WinGeeker Ultimate that is a program to help you recover a forgotten password on your Windows 10 Computer.  I downloaded and installed the software on my laptop computer because my desktop computer was the one I had trouble with.

After installing the program, I ran it to create a Bootable USB Thumb drive.

I followed the instructions maticulously, incerting the thumb drive into my Desktop computer, booting to it and running the Password Recovering program on the drive.

The program, launched and brought up my username that needed the password reset.  So I clicked on that username and chose the option to "Clear Password" from the program.  After clearing the password, I rebooted my computer and was prompted for a password.  I left the password blank and tried entering my computer but that didn't work.  So I put a series of other passwords and still nothing worked.

I thought to myself that it must have been a mistake on my part so I rebooted to the thumb drive and ran the program again.  The exact same results occured.

I thought, "Maybe I didn't create the thumb drive properly", so I put the thumb drive back into my Laptop and recreated the drive all over again.  Same results.

I thought "Maybe the download had something wrong with it", so I re-downloaded the program and went through the steps again.  No luck, same results.

At this point, I decided that I would search for an alterternative solution, which I found and managed to get into my computer.

It was at this point, that I wrote to the TunesBro and asked for a refund of my money becasue their software didn't work.  I had already uninstalled the software and deleted all files.

They asked me to provide them a screen shot of the problem.  So in order to get a refund, I have to recreate the problem, reinstall their program, and go through the trouble of using their program to "reset" my password again which will break my computer again because it does destroy the current password and fail to let me log in with no credentials, which means I will also have to follow through with the other solution again after I'm finished.

Let's just face it.  It's a ripoff.  Any legit organization would simply refund my $32.15 and let me be on my way.  Instead, they would rather have me write this report.  Beware of this company.

First, we are very sorry for the inconvenience we have made. And we already refunded the order but the user refused to reply our email after that.

Actually, we act pretty fast for user questions and try out best to fix the issue as soon as possible. Regarding to this case, it only takes a few minutes to repeat the issue and we have informed the user in email. But the users refused doing that. Plus, we have stated clearly in our refund policy that the user should give screenshots or videos to prove the program was wrong or not working. 

What is more, the email conversation started from June 4, 2018 10:51 and the last email we received from the user is June 4, 2018 14:57. We responded to the first email in less than 30 minutes. And the user didn't give any proof to show the program not working. So it is very unfair to us.
