My Name is W Gray, I am a Tupperware Consultant in Modesto Ca. Tupperware does carry a New an improved Cake Taker retail $25, pie taker retail $23. You where given back $7 for your pie server lid, you can also get back mony for the bace, it should have been given back to the company together. Tupperware normaly does not give back cash any way, so i guess you must have ,been a real sticker to the Tupperware consultant. Normaly You will get to choose a new product minus the amount the old product was bought for. So if your old pie server was $14 you would be able to minus the amount off from the $23 new better plastic pie server. You would have to pay the $9.00 diffrence, that is if you want that product, you may also oppt for something that costs $14 in the current cataloge. Tupperware is always improving its plastics, and improving its molds to better serve there consumers. I have had no problem getting credit threw tupperware for any mold, I sometimes even get the credit before i turn in the defective product to the sales office. Please dont be discuraged to talk to your Sales office incharge of your Consultants sales. Maby the Consultant was new and did not know your opptions. The main office should be in you local phone book. You can allso call 1-888-Tupware to get the local Sales office #. They can help you right your pie taker problem.
