I attempted to file my tax for FREE with Turbo Tax and for 45 days I tried to get clarification on a W-2 from Intuit customer service and no one answers their question site when you post a question. Next after you wait for assistance you finally must file your tax return and pay $29.99 or be late with the IRS, which I would never advise. When you file they offer a call service BUNDLE of NOTHING actaully for $34.99. If you select it you will get NO ONE to speak with and NO ONE will call you back. Turbo Tax is a huge ripoff unless you file early and have simple wages and no questions. NEVER use any options but the FREE early service or the $29.99 the month of April when you are desparate. TURBO TAX gives you NO ADVICE so why pay for it and they WILL NEVER GIVE YOU A REFUND for any service box you check and pay for and never recieve. TURBO TAX SUCKS!!!
