Turn Key General Contractors Beware!!!!! Denver, Wheatridge, Aurora, Twin City Colorado
Beware! Glenn Massarotti, VP, uses his company as an attempt at gaining leverage to try to bully other contractors, for his own personal gain. When you're a general contractor, you aren't given the knowledge of how every other specialty contractor works, within their own business. The frightening part is, his tools, i.e. his measuring wheel, that he boasts is a "contractors" measuring wheel, is simply used by your DIY individuals. When I started this business 22 years ago, we used that exact tool, for about 2 weeks, until we realized that we got nothing but inaccurate measurements and gave it to our small children to play with.
We recently completed work for this individual and had nothing but issues, from the very start. He tried, on several occasions, to scam us out of money owed for work performed, as per his signed contract. He continued to use his "contractor" status as a tool to fraudulently swindle us out of money. Prime example, if he doesn’t agree with your companies' process and procedure, he will waste, not only his owns companies time and resources, but also yours, until he gets the outcome that he is looking for.
Some might refer to this as being a "Keyboard Warrior" and only hiding behind MULTIPLE emails. The interesting part is, he simply doesn't argue his own case, he uses his elderly Father to fight his battle. There is a great lack of integrity and ethics, when dealing with this man!!!
