Turnberry Towers Las Vegas, Home Owners Association, Melissa Corrie, Nancy Sarlie managers, know of hookers, drug suicide, pimps, and porno movie being shot on property are facts that continue to plague Turnberry Towers , 222 Karen Avenue, Las Vegas, NV. Turnberry Las Vegas high rise condominiums was sued based on being a failed high rise. Here is part of article, “Turnberry, the developer that launched the high-rise condominium trend in Las Vegas in the boom years of the early 2000s, is now being sued by its partner in a recent luxury condo project that didn't generate sufficient sales when the residential real estate market weakened.” See news article.
Another news article plaguing the Turnberry condominium name has been the alleged sham using meritless litigation, “Basically, the bankruptcy petition is what we believe to be a strategic litigation filing.” See news article.
Another construction defect attorney said Turnberry had numerous structural and foundation issues. “Mr. Robertson recovered $6,300,000 for the Four Turnberry Place Homeowners Association (HOA).” See news article.
The grounds of Turnberry have numerous issues too. Cracking in the ceiling, faulty pipes, fault heating for the pool, and tennis courts I see trash on often. The pet park area where dogs are restricted to smells really, really, bad too. I do not want to see people be taken advantage of by Turnberry Towers or live in an expensive home that has structural defects and issues. Real estate fraud and construction defect are very common in Las Vegas and do your due diligence before you buy.
Sex offenders are rampant at or around Turnberry Towers in Las Vegas too. A recent check of the state sex offender website and almost 100 hundred sex offenders are in or next to Turnberry Towers, 222 Karen Avenue, Las Vegas. I cannot imagine how terrifying it is to be unable to allow your kids go to the pool, or leave the front entrance. Imagine a pedophile looking down at your kids in the pool, or offering music lessons, or merely peeking through the fence on the sidewalk a few feet from the pool. Is that why people pay so much to live at Turnberry Towers Las Vegas? Pedophiles are know to kidnap , molest children, and do unspeakable things to them. Write Turnberry Towers Home Owners Association, Melissa Corrie, Nancy Sarlie, demand that they evict sex offenders and create extra security measures by the pool where the 5 foot fence is easily climbed, or a small child can get through. Enough is enough placing money over a child’s safety. Children are often pimped out and pimps get to know the children through time. Kids as young as 8 years old are victims of human trafficking. It is not uncommon to see very young girls with different older men each week, but Turnberry Towers appears to allow such conduct to occur.
