I was also a victim of these fraudulent websites. I'm not sure if it is indeed them, but a major piracy ring in Montreal Quebec was busted on Dec. 19th for selling bootlegged DVD series'. This may be the company that we're all getting ripped off from. The RCMP are asking people who may have been defrauded by these individuals to contact them (the RCMP). If you have been sold a pirated DVD set or are expecting to receive one in the mail that you suspect may be copied, please report it by contacting the RCMP at 514-939-8307. Or, you may contact the Canadian Motion Picture Distributors Association at 1-800-363-9166 to verify the legitimacy of the websites.

The company SRX.CA actually ships from a warehouse in NAPIERVILLE, QUEBEC - NOT Montreal.

it appears their supplier got nailed by the RCMP. Don't be surprised in a month or two if there are some new websites up selling the same ILLEGAL DVDs from Ontario. Ya know, it does take some time to set up a new billing company, rent a cheap hotel or appartment, buy and set up all those DVD burners, set up new websites and such. They'll be back soon, under new names, new companies, new hosting services, and a new UPS mail box.

Site appears to have been shut down with more excuses as of this morning (January 1, 2008). Happy New Year. I note that www.dvddonkey.com is still running. dvdway.net is also off the air. Let's keep the pressure up, and hope the mounties caught these vampires.

ON PAPER they may be different companies. Big Deal. Webpage content is copyrighted. If you look at the old TVBOXSET and the "new" THEDVDPLANET websites, the content with exception of the name is the same. There is a common denominator here. These scum set up multiple sites every other month as well as new "companies" for billing. The also use UPS Stores for their mail. The do this to stay ahead of law enforcement. As the complaints and credit card charge backs increase the old websites fade away as new ones are created. Also, they are selling ILLEGAL product. ANYONE who has received product from these jerks should do 2 things: First, dispute the charges with their cc company to get their money back. Second, report the ILLEGAL BUSINESS to the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police.)

I would just like to point out that TheDVDPlanet is not affiliated with TVBoxSet.com or Garcia Media Group. It is a separate company, which, I'm sure, sells the same type of thing though. Just wanted to clear that up.
