I reserved a truck to move my things from Clover to Rock Hill, SC for Saturday at 1pm. First the "Nathaniel" calls my friend who is scheduled to meet them down there at that time at 1:50 to say he is running late and may be 4:30...she informs him she is on a tight schedule and will he be sure...he then says no it might be a little after. I then try the guy back (via the captured caller id - of the customer) at 5pm to ask why he isn't there. He gives me a line of BS and says he tried to call down to the office where a mutual friend of mine works and I had to track down (after hours on a Saturday) to let him know the guys weren't there. I then had to call him back at 5pm to tell him all the lies Nathaniel was saying and that he wanted to re-schedule my move after the lady that was scheduled after me on Sunday. I said NO, you are going to move this today and made him aware that I had talked to the office and that there was no way this move should have taken this long.

I then speak to the customer at 5:47 when Nathaniel calls back (who draws the guys a map from Fort Mill to Clover and informs me they will be leaving her house in 5 minutes)..Guess what they never showed up! I left a message on Saturday for Tripp Moore the owner of this franchise as well as was informed that he spoke to the CSR on Saturday at about 6pm or so and was made aware of this. I was also informed that Tripp told him if they didn't show he would come out there and do the job. Well it is now 3pm on Sunday and I left a second message for Tripp this morning making him aware as I am sure he was made aware for the second time when my friend called him for the TM&T office in Rock Hill (that he had to come in and try and get this straight) It boils down to Tripp should of gotten off his tail last night when he was made aware of the guys failing to show up for the second time and done something. They broke three times last night they scheduled the final being about 6:30 in which they NEVER showed.

Now I have to have my mom move this tomorrow and am going to be in the process of filing a lawsuit for breech of contract. It is not the CSR's job to do the managers work. The customer is always right and Tripp should know that. I read all this about John's comments to other guys being only 2hours late...well John what do you have to say about being 2 DAYs late? I would never recommend this company not unless they are under new management. My friend miss time off of work and now I will have to deal with a cluttered house until next weekend if we get to move anything.

Two Men and a Truch. We used the Greenville office/branch to move some items from one house to another. There were actually some complications with the nature of the move, yet this company worked with flexiblility and professionalism with us, and did a fantastic job, and did it very quickly. We will certainly call them again. Thank you!

Ms. , I understand your frustration with the situation that took place on the weekend of your move. The two-man crew was running late on Saturday, January 13, 2007. The crew members called on three occasions to notify you that they were going to be late. By the third call, you told them not to come, that they needed to perform your move on Sunday, January 14. The only time to do that was after the move that was already on the schedule, and you agreed. The same two-man crew who attempted to move on Saturday was the same crew who attempted to move you Sunday. When they called and left two messages around 1:30 pm and waited in your driveway for an hour and a half, they finally left a note with your neighbor and came back to the office. Your phone call to the office manager at 8:30 pm on Sunday at his personal residence sparked the second reschedule. On Monday, two trucks and and four men showed up at your house at 7:15 am to perform your move before the started their original moves that were scheduled on Monday, January 15. They moved you in a short amount of time, caused no damages, and more importantly, we did not charge you for your move. I'm sorry that you asked a friend to oversee the move on Saturday, your mother on Sunday and Monday, rather than you being onsite yourself. It may have helped the situation on Saturday and we could have avoided any complications that we observed in the schedule conflicts. I hope that it is well understood that it never has been and never will be our intent to rip-off any of our customers. We pride ourselves on the high quality of service that we provide to all of our customers. Unfortunately, this incident occurred, and we have apologized profusely for it, and again here today. Respectfully, Tripp Moore Two Men And A Truck/Rock Hill Franchisee
