Two Men and a Truch. We used the Greenville office/branch to move some items from one house to another. There were actually some complications with the nature of the move, yet this company worked with flexiblility and professionalism with us, and did a fantastic job, and did it very quickly. We will certainly call them again. Thank you!

Ms. , I understand your frustration with the situation that took place on the weekend of your move. The two-man crew was running late on Saturday, January 13, 2007. The crew members called on three occasions to notify you that they were going to be late. By the third call, you told them not to come, that they needed to perform your move on Sunday, January 14. The only time to do that was after the move that was already on the schedule, and you agreed. The same two-man crew who attempted to move on Saturday was the same crew who attempted to move you Sunday. When they called and left two messages around 1:30 pm and waited in your driveway for an hour and a half, they finally left a note with your neighbor and came back to the office. Your phone call to the office manager at 8:30 pm on Sunday at his personal residence sparked the second reschedule. On Monday, two trucks and and four men showed up at your house at 7:15 am to perform your move before the started their original moves that were scheduled on Monday, January 15. They moved you in a short amount of time, caused no damages, and more importantly, we did not charge you for your move. I'm sorry that you asked a friend to oversee the move on Saturday, your mother on Sunday and Monday, rather than you being onsite yourself. It may have helped the situation on Saturday and we could have avoided any complications that we observed in the schedule conflicts. I hope that it is well understood that it never has been and never will be our intent to rip-off any of our customers. We pride ourselves on the high quality of service that we provide to all of our customers. Unfortunately, this incident occurred, and we have apologized profusely for it, and again here today. Respectfully, Tripp Moore Two Men And A Truck/Rock Hill Franchisee
