TWX Magazine Company Processing Center I cancelled Horse Illustrated Magazine which cost $30 & was automatically charged to my debit card. They said they would cancel it but did not say that they would credit my debit card back. Said I w Salt Lake City, Utah
I called to cancel "Horse Illustrated" magazine. Phone message was all computerized would not let me talk to a person. Continuely had to push numbers or speak into phone...I cancelled my suscription but was not told by computerized operator that the company would credit my charge card. But instead said I would continue to receive magazine issues until my suscription ends and would not be charged again. I don't want that magazine anymore. I want my charge card credited back for the $30.00 that was taken off it today, August 4, 2010.
