TWX New Sub Magazine Services was trying to charge me for magazines I thought were cancelled. When calling the contact number, you will get an automated voice that will "not be able to understand" that you need to cancell. You will have options to use voice or keypad response to her questions. You will NOT be able to cancell your subscriptions this way, using the automated system. Stop trying. It does NOT work, and is designed to frustrate you until you finally give up.



Instead, call back and say absolutely NOTHING when the voice asks you for info.



Remain silent until a real live person comes on the line. This may take a few minutes since the automated voice will be persistant and ask for you to input or speak info at least 8 or 9 times, if not more. Be patient and silent :)



When the live person finally comes on - DO NOT accept any of their "generous" offers.



Keep repeating, "I do NOT want any magazines. I want to cancell my subscriptions."



You will have to do this several times. They will persist with several different "offers" and "package deals". Do not fall for ANY of these offers.



Keep repeating, "I do NOT want any magazines. I want to cancell my subscriptions."



They will finally give up and cancell your subscriptions.
