I was notified by Ubid on October 24,2001, that I had won the bid. On Oct. 31, 2001 my Visa acct. was charged $26.94 by Ubid. I still do not have my merchandise. I have emailed Ubid at least 4 times and all i get is excuses. My order # is B6161128, my Ded Ex tracking # is 46175310027930(which Fed Ex knows nothing about)my Lot # is 5909263. It only took Ubid 7 days to get their money and it has taken almost 2 months for me to get my merchandise. I don't want excuses, JUST SEND ME A CREDIT FOR MY VISA AND I WILL BE COMPLETELY SATISFIED. Ubid has not sent me my merchandise , but has charged my Visa account almost 2 months ago. All i keep getting is excuses and now all i want is a credit toward my Visa Acct.
