This company is shamelessly ripping people off. I had my iPhone 5 cracked screen replaced (instead of using the AT&T insurance....didnt want the hassle of a new phone), bought the recommended case, and the recommended $30 screen protecter ("this will prevent your screen from breaking next time") to the tune of $170 (the insurance deductible for a new phone was $150). 4 DAYS later the glass cracked underneath the $30 screen saver. I did NOT drop it, drop anything on it, or otherwise do anything to break it. When I went in, I was told something must have crushed the phone. What? Like my lipstick or check book??? It was fine, I put it in my purse, went to work, it was broke. They told me it wasnt the same glass as the original (no guerilla glass), was not under warranty, and they would do me the honor of fixing it again for 50% off ($60).
