I ordered two pairs of Ugg boots for my daughters, I only received one pair & they are fake! I have been charged for two pairs & the only way to contact them is through e-mail, which I have done numerous times with no reply, not sure where to go from here.

This site is one of dozens of Chinese sites that were created just before the holiday season to sell counterfeit Ugg boots. The odds of getting legit Australian boots from a Chinese website are pretty slim. The most you can do is to dispute the charge with your credit card company.
