Ulmerton & Starky Automotive, Jim Mansour Charged for work not completed and or not done and refused to return my parts Largo Florida
Ulmerton & Starkey Automotive located at 2101 Starkey Rd. N. Unit T Largo, Fl 33771 known as used old parts and did not correct mechanical problems over chared and conditons are same as before the car was supposedly worked on. for several days car was not on the premises and Sherifff had to called to have car returned or stole auto would be filed by deputy.
They, including the owner or mangager named Jim Mansour who runs the junk shop takes the money and gives free stories and excuses and sends out his work without permission from the auto owner should be avoided like the plague...It it unbelievable how the city allows them to conduct business as a supposdly Automotiv Repair.Loaded wilth discarded and useless auto parts junk.
I was given a run around for two weeks. The deputy had to threaten them with stolen vehicle if my car was not returned to the premises. I was charged for power steering unit $281.69 that still does not work. I was charged for rack and pinioin 270.71 that has not been repaired and needs repair or replacement as diagnosed by GoodYear Automotive diaognostics. While my car was in there posession they put 184 miles on it without my permission. I have filed civil samll claim action against Ulmerton & Starkey Automotive. Very Bad Experience with a place that should not be permitted to operate for variety or reasons.
