With today's economic hardships, I decided to try other avenues to search for employment. Reluctantly, I made the decision to upload my resume through my Yahoo account.
I logged into my Yahoo account, subscribed to MyJobs, and was giving a list of possibilities. I selected one of the websites, and was transfered to ultimateonlinejobs.com. I figured it had to be a reputable company to be listed on Yahoo, right? The program even stated there was a money back gaurantee! That was November 12, 2009.
Immediately, I read through the materials and applied for specific employment opportunities listed on the website. The next day I began receiving mass e-mails and spam from companies I never submitted a resume to. I have contacted those companies to thank them for the opportunity, declined the positions, and told them they received my resume in err. My resume clearly stated my career objective, so there could not be any confusion.
Since I received the first, incorrect, e-mail, I have tried to contact ultimateonlinejobs.com, swerg.org, Data Direct Jobs.com, and Jobs Legit Online.com to request a refund. I have sent a total of four requests to date, and still no response.

After all this time, I finally received my refund. Today, I contacted SWREG/Digital River and spoke to their 24 hour customer service center.

I found Digital River/SWREG! They are the company that is the direct link to ultimateonlinejobs.com. I found their company information through MapQuest. Their address and phone number is: Digital River Inc, 9625 W 76th St # 150, Eden Prairie, MN 55344; and (952) 253-1234.
I spoke with Rain, the customer service manager, on November 24, 2009, who filed a report with ultimateonlinejobs.com. She told me that if I didn't hear back from the complaint she filed, I needed to call Digital River/SWREG back.
I called Digital River/SWREG today and spoke to Kurt, a customer service representative. He filed another report in regards to my refund request. He said if I didn't receive a response from today's complaint/request within 24 to 72 hours, than I should call Digital River/SWREG back, and THEY would administer the refund.
Kurt also said Digital River/SWREG needed to file the two complaints to ultimateonlinejobs.com in order for a customer to receive a refund. He said the e-mails that I filed did not matter.
If you have not received a refund from ultimateonlinejobs.com, contact Digital River/SWREG at 952/253-1234 and speak with their 24hr customer service department.
