I bought the extended warranty from UW when i purchased my car, thank god, because I have had nothing but problems. I had the car into Duluth Dodge 8 times for the same problem!! needless to say, it was never fixed!! Apparently, oil and coolant leaks are difficult to repair. The last time I brought the car in, the service member registered me, saying nothing about the warrant being out of service, so i left and they contacted me hours later, saying UW changed their policy and I would be responsible for ther nearly $1,000.00 in repair costs. I asked, so whats the point of the warranty? He said they would reimburse me, this I could not believe so I called them, and asked how long it would take to be reimbused, the lady on the line was SO rude, and she couldnt answer any of my questions!! But she did say it would go infront of a court to be decided if it would be paid. Also, that the funds are not avail. for repairs. My car was never properly repaired in the first place! What a waste this warranty was. Duluth Dodge was not much help, they would make me pay the deductible everytime I brought the car back for the same thing! They didnt understand that it wasnt fixed the last time! They always had some rotten excuse why I was still paying. So, take my word, NEVER BUY FROM DULUTH DODGE OR ULTIMATE WARRANTY, THEY LIE AND STEAL!!!!!! -a very unhappy consumer
