I was so excited after spending several weeks of searching for an indiviual policy for my husband. Had this company call me telling me that they had several policies that met what I was looking for, the gentleman I spoke with also jokinly called it Trumpcare. I was so happy to be purchasing Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO for my husand. Two days later, my payment went through and I received an e-mail telling me his coverage would start March 1, 2017. So, my husband called to make his appointment with his doctor, they took his insurance info and then called him back and told him that this is not a policy and it is most definitely not a BCBS PPO policy. This is a reimbursement policy and would only reimburse up to $50.00 per appointment. (his co-pay was supposed to be $30.00 for primary care doctor and $40.00 for any specialists) We were also told that he would have a $2,500.00 deductible for hospitalizations only and his perscriptions copays would be from $4.00 to $10.00. The policy we actually received only offered discount cards for prescriptions. 

Now, no one answers the phone and the message says that they are closed at this time, please leave a message and they will get back to you. Their office hours are stated to be from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and I was attempting to call at 4:30 pm. 

I have yet to hear back from them and I am seeking a complete reimbursement from them.
