Unigrafix Inc Jose & Christina Linares Theft of Product/services , Failure to pay, Failure to respond Fort Lauderdale Florida
Case # 1413-1377 Unigraphix Inc. aka, Jose & Christina Linares have been placed for collections/litigation with my firm, Asset Collections Inc, located in Portland OR. They owe my client over $5,682.75 for Die Product and services. Unigraphix has made absolutely NO efforts to pay this debt.
Jose, Christina, and Their company have basically stolen my client product and refuses to even have the common couresy to respond. We wanted to warn other vendors of this DEBTOR Company and their Theft of Products. I've had them in collections for 4 months now with no payment. I have been asking for payments or an offer to settle, and they refuse to deal with the situation, thefore we are forming a creditor committee against this company.
If Unigraphix also owes "YOU" money, contact ACI- Asset Collections Inc, in Portland OR, I'll be happy to add you to the list of creditors. Once my creditors committee is complete, I can force this debtor company into receivership and take over all assets.
If Unigraphix starts paying this debt, I will adjust the report accordingly, but todate, they have STOLEN my client products and refused to respond.
