Union Bank charged me 3 fees in 1 day when there was money in my account they waited until the end of the day when i deposited a check at the atm then made a larger purchase then charged me for the purchase before posting my check so they gave me nice 3 juicy fees of 34.00 each for 2 purchases of 2.18 each and 1 for eleven dollars and some change wow. They sure made out okay. So even though the money was there for those 3 small transactions they waited until the i made the bigger transaction that way they could get there 3 fees.

It looks like what you're saying is you made an ATM deposit and then made a large purchase.  The large purchase debit hit the bank BEFORE the ATM deposit.  Are you aware of the bank's "Funds Availability" policy?  If you deposit a check in the ATM, those funds are NOT immediately available.  Apparently you are unaware of that.  Exactlly how this works is explained to you in the agreement paperwork you received when you opened the account.  Why is this?  Anyone can make an alleged deposit at an ATM, such as papers inside an envelop or nothing in the envelope at all.  Then that person goes out and spends what they claimed to have dposited.  Since there was no real deposit, the bank would be out the money.
