Unique Designs Kitchens & Baths - Todd Verk Ripoff by a Conman Sharon Pennsylvania
Todd Verk ripped off over a dozen people in the Mercer County area. He owned Unique Designs Kitchens and Baths in Sharon, PA. He took their money and never ordered and/or delivered any of the products they paid for.
The worse part of this, is that this isn't the first time he's done this. I found an article in the Associated Press from January 22, 2004 stating that state prosecutors have sued him due to fraud in a mortgage scheme. He was a former notary public and car salesman who improperly signed dozens of mortgage documents for a company that lured low income/elderly people into home improvement contracts then failed to live up to promises.

Todd Verk from Sharon, PA closed his store, Unique Designs Kitchens and Baths after he stole thousands of dollars from customers and opened another business under the name of One Call Contracting. He has the nerve to open it down the street from his other business. It is located on East State Street across from St. Joe's church. He has ripped off customers and vendors alike. BEWARE OF ONE CALL CONTRACTING, Todd Verk is still on the prowl.
