united benefit advantage charged my debit card 49.95 month since at least aug 2011 did not order did not receive email to confirm or cancel called and they said charges were non refundable Naperville Illinois
i was charged 49.95 per month since at least aug of 2011 for a service i did not order they said something i ordered on internet and was to be cancelled trial period therefore charges were non refundable i did not receive emails nor anything by mail they need to refund me 250.00 said they would give me 100.00 voucher to use in store for shopping
